4. Shipping & Delivery

Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Transit Time: Most packages are delivered within 2–4 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Shipping Coverage: We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk transfer to you once the carrier confirms delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit, notify us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date to initiate a claim with the carrier. For damaged shipments, send clear photos or videos to support@onlinemxp.com within 72 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Process: Contact us at support@onlinemxp.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (for defects).

Costs: Customer pays return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of inspection. Bank timelines may add 3–5 days.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges only for defective, wrong-size, or incorrect items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, product designs, logos, and graphics, is the property of onlinemxp.com or its licensors and protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
